CQC Business Solutions Pty Ltd offers a diversified product and service offering, namely manufacturing of office furniture (chairs and soft seating), project installations, assembly, refurbishments, transportation as well as strategic partnerships.
Service Excellence as well as aftersales service levels is becoming a thing of the past. It is so important in today's consumer and corporate business environment to ensure we meet all our clients' demands through continuous service excellence across the board.
We have recently formed a Strategic Alliance with a national as well as international business partner, giving us a competitive edge to source and localise various products ensuring we remain competitive, offer shorter lead times, and maintain a high percentage of local content. This in turn creates employment by working closely with local suppliers while maintaining international standards of quality and ergonomics, such as ISO Quality Assurance, DIN, and EN29001.
